The Triumph Spitfire was produced from 1962 to 1980, offering affordable open-top motoring in a diminutive, Michelotti-designed package. Starting with a 1,147 cc four-cylinder engine, it evolved through Mark II, III, IV, and 1500 versions. Its one-piece forward-tilting bonnet provided exceptional engine access, and its tight turning circle made it nimble in city driving.
